April 2015

Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners forms to develop a crude oil gathering system in West Texas that serves large E&P operators working in the Permian Basin.

September 2015

West Texas crude gathering system is placed into service.

February 2017

Ironwood Midstream acquires natural gas gathering assets located in Karnes County and Gonzales County, Texas from 1776 Energy.

June 2017

Ironwood Midstream forms a new subsidiary to design, build and operate a crude oil and natural gas system in the "core of the core" of the Eagle Ford Shale in Karnes County: Ironwood Eagle Ford Midstream.

July 2017

The Ironwood Eagle Ford Midstream natural gas system is placed into service.

September 2017

The Ironwood Eagle Ford Midstream crude system is placed into service.

November 2017

Ironwood Midstream forms a new subsidiary to design, build and operate a second crude and natural gas system in the "core of the core" of the Eagle Ford Shale in Karnes County: Ironwood South Texas Midstream.

January 2018

The Ironwood South Texas Midstream natural gas system is placed into service.

May 2018

Ironwood South Texas Midstream crude system is placed into service.

November 2018

Gonzales Co. gas system is upgraded and placed into service.

December 2019

Ironwood Midstream acquires assets in South Texas from Twin Eagle. The new combined Gardendale Gathering System, which consists of Twin Eagle's Gardendale and Asherton gathering systems, spans Dimmit and La Salle counties and includes approximately 150 miles of active crude oil gathering pipelines, connections to multiple long-haul pipelines, access to the U.S. Gulf Coast and long-term dedications totaling more than 124,000 acres.

July 2021

Ironwood Midstream acquires crude oil gathering assets in Karnes County from TexStar Midstream Pipeline.

November 2021

Ironwood Midstream completes merger with Nuevo Dos Gathering and Transportation in Lavaca, Dewitt, and Gonzales counties of South Texas. The new system adds 120 miles of active crude oil gathering pipelines with connections to multiple long haul pipelines with long-term dedication of over 66,000 acres.

January 2023

The Ironwood Express Pipeline is slated for startup in January 2023. On completion, the Ironwood Express will provide transportation across the Eagle Ford with access to premium markets in Houston, Sweeny, and Corpus Christi.
